Why hasn’t my balance updated at 6pm like usual?

There are a couple of reasons this might happen. Most commonly, it’s because you’ve reached your maximum allowance for the current pay period, so we’re unable to offer any more of your earnings until the new pay cycle begins.

You can check this by heading to Money > Statements in the app. This section shows how much of your earnings will be reflected in your upcoming payslip. If your spend has hit your allowance early, your balance will pause updating until the next period starts.

As soon as the new pay period begins, your balance will start to refresh again automatically. You can also view your current pay period dates in the Statements tab.

Another reason could be that you have disabled On-Demand Pay or reached a budget that you previosuly set. Either way if you are still unsure just reach out to us via the in-app chat and we’ll be happy to help.
