How do I use On-Demand Pay (ODP)?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

1. Enable On-Demand Pay

When you first sign up, you’ll be asked if you want to turn on ODP. If you’re unsure or skip it, you can always enable it later in the app settings.

ODP gives you access to a portion of the earnings you’ve already worked for, before payday. Your available balance grows each day as you earn more.

2. Spend with your Aslan card

Once ODP is enabled, your "Available to spend" balance will reflect a portion of your earnings-to-date.

If you don’t have other balances (like Set & Spend or refunds), then any purchases made with your Aslan card will use your ODP balance automatically.

3. Your payslip reflects what you’ve spent

Whatever you spend from your ODP will show up in your payslip statement in-app and will be deducted on payday. The rest of your salary will go to your usual bank account as normal.

Optional: Set budgets or limits

You can customise how you use ODP, set personal budgets, disable it, or switch to Set & Spend only, all in your app settings.

If you need help activating ODP or understanding your balance, just reach out using the in-app chat.
