How to enable the On-Demand Pay feature

Our On-Demand Pay feature, often written as ODP, is off by default and you must choose to enable it.

To enable from the Homepage:

  1. On the homepage you will see a welcome notification with the core features you have available.

  2. Tap the 'On-Demand Pay (ODP)' button.

  3. You will then see an overview of what On-Demand Pay is, how it works and a button to enable it.

  4. Select Enable On-Demand Pay.

  5. We will show you your current ODP balance once enabled.

  6. You can choose to setup a spend limit (only for On-Demand Pay) should you wish.

  7. Once enabled your balance will be recalculated.

  8. Your ODP balance then updates each day you work, at 18:00 and you'll see it grow in real time.

To enable from the Settings page:

  1. On the bottom right of your navigation bar you will see the account section.

  2. Tap this and then in settings tap 'My Aslan' and then 'Core features setup'.

  3. This will show you the core pay features you have available, scroll across to find On-Demand Pay.

  4. You will then see an overview of what On-Demand Pay is, how it works and a button to enable it.

  5. Select Enable On-Demand Pay.

  6. We will show you your current ODP balance once enabled.

  7. You can choose to setup a spend limit (only for On-Demand Pay) should you wish.

  8. Once enabled your balance will be recalculated.

  9. Your ODP balance then updates each day you work, at 18:00 and you'll see it grow in real time.

Remember, On-Demand Pay is switched off by default. You choose whether to use it and you can turn it off again at any time in Settings.

Please note:

  1. If your employer does not allow On-Demand Pay you will not see this option.

  2. If you are paid hourly you will also not see this feature and must use our Set & Spend feature.
