I don't recognise a transaction?

Retailer names don’t always match the store name, so if something looks unfamiliar, take a moment to check.

If it still doesn’t look right:

  1. Freeze your card in the app to prevent further use.

  2. Contact us via in-app chat or email us at support@aslan.io with a brief explanation of the issue.

We’ll investigate right away. Once resolved, you can simply unfreeze your card and continue using Aslan as normal.
