Open the Aslan app and tap Roarwards in the bottom navigation bar

Scroll down and tap Recognise someone

Search for or select the colleague you want to recognise

Add a personal message, link your recognition to a company value, and optionally attach an e-card or animation

Tap Submit to send your recognition

1. Open the Aslan app and tap Roarwards in the bottom navigation bar
2. Scroll down and tap Recognise someone
3. Search for or select the colleague you want to recognise
4. Tap Recognise to continue
5. Add a personal message, link your recognition to a company value, and optionally attach an e-card or animation
6. Tap Submit to send your recognition

That's it! Your recognition will appear on the Roar Wall straight away for everyone to see! 🎉

You can add points to your recognition at step 6. Just keep in mind that point-based recognitions need to be approved by your points pot manager before they go live on the Roar Wall.
