Can I dispute a transaction?

Yes, you can, but there are a few important things to know:

  1. The transaction must be less than 120 days old.

  2. You’ll need to contact the merchant directly first and allow them time to respond.

  3. Keep a record of all communication with the merchant — this will be needed as evidence.

To begin your dispute, please email us at support@aslan.io with:

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • All supporting evidence (e.g. emails, screenshots, receipts)

Once we’ve received your request, we’ll review everything and guide you through the next steps.

⏳ Just a heads-up: dispute resolutions can take up to 12 weeks (sometimes longer), and unfortunately we can’t expedite this process.
