I don't recognise a transaction?

There can be a number of explanations for a transaction that you might not immediately recognise.

The best thing to do is shoot us over a quick message via our in app chat support. Alternatively you can email us on support@aslan.io with a brief explanation. We'll jump right on it and get back to you as soon as possible.

If you're feeling a bit unsure about your account security, for extra peace of mind, head on over to your card settings page and hit the freeze card button.
